One night in New York

For one night only, the story of Elvis Presley’s life and musical career is told through inspired performances—including many of Elvis’ greatest hits—by a large cast of actors, dancers, and musicians who all face the world bravely, despite their individual challenges.

The Glada Hudik-theatre’s mission is to promote awareness of mental disability and to promote, encourage, and integrate mentally disabled actors with professional actors. The company has become a great success in Sweden where over 120,000 people have seen A Tribute to Elvis.

Minnesota has been given the fun task of marketing Smaland and Blekinge during the World Expo in Shanghai. Recently Smålandsposten wrote an article about the former Växjö boys, now living in the capital, which should fix everything. I met them at their office at Medis.

A brand new book “Sweden—Up North, Down to Earth” presented today at the Swedish Institute.

I worked together with one of the writers, Emma,  when we photographed some of Marcus Samulessons food for the book.

If you want a quick look? Read the book here: http://issuu.com/swedish_institute/docs/sweden-up-north
